-The item is returned in a re-saleable condition, unmarked and unopened.

Returning Unwanted Products:
We highly value our customers and aim to provide the best possible level of service. If you purchase an item and decide you no longer require it, we offer a 30-day full refund period, except for made to order purchases. On receipt of the returned items, a full refund will be issued if the return policy is followed. Unwanted items should be returned in an unused condition and in original packaging.
Damaged or Faulty Goods:
We aim to provide the highest level of service to our customers. If you are not entirely happy with the quality of your purchase, or you believe the product to be faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. If an item is visibly damaged, we will require a photo of the damage. If there is a fault with the item, we will require an explanation of the fault.
Free Standard Shipping:
We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders delivered within the UK mainland. All orders are despatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. This can take up to 2-3 working days.
We also offer Guaranteed Next Day delivery via Royal Mail by 1pm, you can select this option at checkout for just an extra £6.99. However, if stock is unavailable for next day delivery, we will contact you and refund the delivery charge.
