Returns & Warranty

Returns Policy:
–We have been notified via email within 30 days of receipt sales@switchsocketandsupplies.co.uk.
-Any Accessories /parts in sealed bags remain so.
-The item is returned in a re-saleable condition, unmarked and unopened.
-Please include full name & order number with your return including the reason for returning the item/s & if you would like an exchange or refund on receipt.

Returning Unwanted Products:
We highly value our customers and aim to provide the best possible level of service. If you purchase an item and decide you no longer require it, we offer a 30-day full refund period, except for made to order purchases. On receipt of the returned items, a full refund will be issued if the return policy is followed. Unwanted items should be returned in an unused condition and in original packaging.

Damaged or Faulty Goods:
We aim to provide the highest level of service to our customers. If you are not entirely happy with the quality of your purchase, or you believe the product to be faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. If an item is visibly damaged, we will require a photo of the damage. If there is a fault with the item, we will require an explanation of the fault.

Warranty
We provide full manufacturer’s warranty on all products we supply. The length of the warranty depends on the brand you purchase. Please keep your order confirmation email receipt, this acts as your warranty.
