Here at Switch Socket and Supplies we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. We appreciate that the items you purchased may not exactly be what you require.
You can return unused/unmarked items within 14 days, please contact us by email or phone prior to return. We will need your full name, the item description and the reason for returning your item and if you would like an exchange or refund.
Please note that items must be returned in a re-saleable condition. Any instructions and accessories/parts in a sealed bag must remain so and also be returned.
If returning an item, you the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Should the goods supplied to you be faulty or develop a defect or you have any other complaint about the goods, you can notify Switch Socket and Supplies either in writing via the e-mail address or if you wish to speak to an advisor please telephone us using the contact number shown below, as soon as possible.
